Creatine supplements are available in micronized powders, liquid form or capsules. The powders and capsules have produced better results for most people, including myself. I got very positive results when using the powders or capsules containing buffered creatine.
Buffered creatine is also known as Kre-Alkalyn which is a pH balanced form of creatine. I highly recommend using creatine capsules with Kre-Alkalyn since they provide the same positive results as the powders with less water retention. Some people experience occassional bouts of a mildly upset stomach when using the powders instead of the Kre-Alkalyn capsules.
