
There are certain foods that can actually burn more calories than they contain. Natural fat burners include; carrots, parsnips, radishes, rutabagas and turnips. Citrus fruits are also helpful in assisting the body in its release of fats. Oranges, grapefruits and lemons aid the body in processing fat more quickly. Coconut and coconut oil has fat-burning benefits as well, and has been used by Indian women for years to assist in weight loss.
