
Vitamins pills are an important part of my daily routine. I take my vitamins every a.m. I have noticed that when I forget to take my daily vitamin I feel tired. I try to eat enough fruits and vegetables each day, but I still think taking vitamins is necessary. You would have to eat such a wide variety of foods each day to get all your vitamins and minerals which is very impractical and expensive.
A friend was complaining about feeling tired and sluggish. Her boss even said she needed to “step it up” at work. She tried drinking Red Bull and it just made her feel hyped up and nervous. I suggested she try taking a multi-vitamin. She did, and after a couple days she had more energy after consistently taking the vitamin pills. Her boss even told her she seemed like a “new person.”
